Marshall Caro has over thirty-five years experience in the design, development, deployment and ongoing operation and support of computer systems servicing a wide range of businesses and business processes. From 1992 to 1997, he was Managing Director with Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, in charge of Computer Systems development and operations worldwide. From 1978 to 1992, Mr. Caro ran his own business, Programit, a company specialized in servicing the Wall Street and London business communities. Some of the companies serviced by Programit were: Goldman Sachs, Dean Witter Reynolds, Bernard L. Madoff, Tullet & Tokyo Forex, Co.,Sumitomo Bank, Shearson Lehman Brothers, European American Bank, Cantor Fitzgerald, Bank of Tokyo, Chase Manhattan Bank and Merrill Lynch Treasury Systems. Mr. Caro held the position of Systems Programmer-Analyst with Axicom Systems, AGS Computers and Computer Communications, Inc. from 1970 to 1977. Mr. Caro received a B.S. Degree in Physics in 1970 and an M.S. Degree in Computer Science in 1972 from New York University.
